Trainee Project Manager, Hailsham

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a specialist contractor based in Hailsham. They are seeking a motivated Trainee Project Manager to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have some prior experience within the construction industry.

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of projects from pre-start through to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating labour, materials, subcontractors, programmes, quality, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

The role would suit someone who is organised, practical, and confident when dealing with site teams and contractors, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts effectively.

As the position involves extensive travel across the UK, candidates must hold a full clean driving licence and be prepared to stay away from home when required.
