Head of Catering, East Sussex

Head of Catering - Contract Catering - £60-70k

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Head of Catering for a number of different contract across Sussex, with the ideal candidate will be based in East Sussex.

My client is one of the leading Contract Caterer’s and are recruiting for a busy and prestigious contract. This role is not for the faint hearted, with the team catering for almost 4000 people a day across various locations.

As the Head of Catering, you will be responsible for multiple locations, managing 2 senior Manager’s and a wider team of 100+ staff, ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budgets and costs.

The ideal Head of Catering will have the following skills/ knowledge;

• Currently working within the contract catering sector.
• Managed a multi-site operation.
• Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering.
• Strong stakeholder relationships

Working predominantly Monday to Friday with weekends to suit the needs of the business.
