Set within a grand building, the interior is minimalistic in its design, with exposed brick and classic panelling on the walls, accompanied by an open kitchen to create a buzzing, vibrant atmosphere.

• Join the kitchen brigade and assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of service.
• Be flexible enough to work on all sections as required.
• Be a good team player and also be able to supervise and develop more junior members of the team.
• Be dedicated to producing a high standard of cuisine at all times.
• Have a genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and develop in order to become the best chef you can be.
