The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers in multiple forms of communication. The role can be demanding and would suit a person who is comfortable and thrives working with differing priorities.Key tasks Service Delivery Managing the scheduling and administration of installations for our customers Keeping customers up to date throughout each stage of the process Delivering IFS to install not to exceed 13 days Completing post install NPS calls with the customer The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the positionTPBN1_UKTJ
