Fever-Tree is hiring an Accounts Receivable (AR) Controller to join our Finance Operations team, based in London.

The next few years will be an incredibly exciting time to join the business.

This role requires 3 days per week in our West London (Hammersmith) office.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management & Credit Control

• Support customer onboarding, ensuring all credit checks, terms, and internal processes reflect our commitment to operational excellence.
• Maintain and monitor customer credit limits, proactively reviewing adjustments and overâlimit orders to safeguard commercial and financial outcomes.
• Partner with account managers to resolve receivables queries efficiently, maintaining strong commercial relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Cash Allocation & Account Accuracy

• Post and allocate customer payments promptly, ensuring unallocated cash and contra transactions are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile customer accounts regularly to maintain accurate ledgers, proactively identifying discrepancies before they impact reporting or revenue.

Operational Collaboration

• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure returns are processed correctly and in line with policy requirements.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly, ensuring a smooth and consistent service experience aligned with FeverâTree standards.

Process Improvement

• Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives across the AR function, contributing to enhanced controls, efficiency, and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role within a fastâpaced, growthâoriented environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across commercial and operational teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong financial discipline.
• High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and confidence working with highâvolume customer portfolio
• Brings curiosity and a continuousâimprovement mindset.
• Takes ownership and accountability for resolving issues and improving processes.
• Builds strong working relationships across teams.
• Is both detailâdriven and commercially aware.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with major ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formula auditing).
• Exposure to deductions management, retailer portals, or FMCG customer frameworks.
• Experience supporting or contributing to process automation or system improvements.
