YORK - SOUS PIZZA CHEF, York and North Yorkshire

Pay rate: £14.90 per hour (dependent on experience) + tips + tronc + bonus. This is a full‑time role located in York.

This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection. We’re looking for an experienced Sous Pizzaiolo to support the kitchen team and help deliver consistently incredible Neapolitan pizza, every single service. You’ll lead by example in the kitchen, bring energy to the team, and take pride in producing high‑quality dough and pizza using traditional Neapolitan techniques.

• Previous experience working with Neapolitan dough is essential
• Confidence working with high‑temperature pizza ovens
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, hydration and service
• Passion for authentic Neapolitan pizza and traditional techniques
• A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen
