Temporary Receptionist
Location: HG5, Knaresborough
Hours: 8:30-5pm
Start Date: Monday 18th May – 2 weeks
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Responsibilities- Greeting visitors with a smile and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Managing the reception area to keep it tidy and welcoming.
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Assisting with inquiries and providing information about our services.
- Exceptional communication skills – able to engage warmly with clients and colleagues.
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus.
