As Home Manager, you will have full operational and clinical responsibility for the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and performance.

• Leading and developing a high-performing care team
• Maintaining and improving CQC ratings (Good or Outstanding)
• Managing occupancy, budgets, and overall service performance
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and quality standards

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Home Manager or Registered Manager within a nursing home
• Clinical background (preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Confident in operational management and care home systems
• Commercial awareness and performance-driven mindset
• Knowledge of the North Yorkshire area/local authority is desirable
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK
