A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated workshop / CNC Operative to join a friendly, expanding company. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the operation, setup, and maintenance of CNC machinery CNC programming and CAD/CAM work (where experience allows) Assembling products and componentsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment Supporting colleagues across daily production tasks Beneficial Skills / Qualifications: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable with good attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a small team CNC machining/programming experience desirableCAD/CAM experience highly advantageous Forklift licence advantageous (training available) Practical, hands-on approach to work Additional Details: Days only - Mon - Fri Negotiable salary Friendly and supportive working environment On-the-job training and development Stable weekday working hoursEarly finish on Fridays On site parking Opportunity to further develop CNC and manufacturing skills TPBN1_UKTJ
