Are you an apprentice trained Maintenance Engineer looking for a shift based role, within a global business that will develop your career to the next stage through technical mechanical training, and a clear scope to Shift Manager in the future?
Founded nearly 100 years ago, this global business specialises in the manufacturing of a wide range of flooring solutions. With 15 sites across 26 countries, they pride themselves on their international success and have clear ambitions to become a fully integrated, end-to-end flooring solutions provider worldwide.
In this hands-on role, you will work a 3-shift pattern within a small team of engineers. The position involves both planned and reactive maintenance, as well as fault finding on a range of equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps. The team is focused on transitioning from reactive to proactive maintenance, improving efficiency and reducing downtime across the shop floor.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical background, looking for a shift-based position within a global business that will invest in your development through structured manufacturing training.
The Role:
Planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical machinery
* Fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems
* Working on hydraulics, pumps, and pneumatics
* 3 shift pattern - 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00
* Monday - Friday, with weekend overtime available

Maintenance Engineer
Experience within a manufacturing or production environment preferred
