Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and overseeing various projects to enhance our market presence. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities to optimise our marketing efforts across multiple channels. The ideal applicant will possess strong management skills, expertise in digital marketing tools, and excellent communication abilities to engage target audiences effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
- Oversee content creation, including copywriting for websites, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update the organisation’s website using WordPress; optimise content for SEO purposes.
- Lead the management of B2B marketing activities to strengthen business partnerships and client relationships.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content that supports marketing campaigns.
- Manage organisational resources effectively through strong time management and organisational skills.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management within a marketing environment, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data insights and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Effective social media management skills across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English; capable of motivating teams and engaging stakeholders.
- IT literacy with a good grasp of organisational tools and software essential for modern marketing practices.
