Warehouse Operative, Bacup

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our AV team in Bacup on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced operation where teamwork, efficiency, and quality are key to our success. As part of our commitment to delivering the highest standards in the market, you will play a vital role in supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations and ensuring continuity during a period of transition within the team.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (30‑minute unpaid break)
• Saturday: 10:00 am – 4:30 pm (on a rota basis, approximately once per month)
• Saturday shifts are paid as a full day, with a day off in the week provided
• Flexibility is required to support a 6‑day operation when needed.

• Support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch
• Manage returns and assist with stock control
• Assist with the production and handling of custom cables
• Provide cover for holidays, sickness, and other absences
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient operation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
