Senior Installation Supervisor, Rossendale

FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist engineering provider for an experienced Senior Installation Supervisor to join their installation team. Location: UK wide (with travel across the UK, Ireland&Europe) on-site Benefits Opportunity to work with a specialist and growing organisation Career development opportunities within a structured installation team 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory days (increasing with service) Accommodation and daily allowance provided when working away 37.5-hour basic working week with overtime paid at enhanced ratesCompany pension scheme Senior Installation Supervisor Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate mechanical installation activities on client sites Interpret and work from installation drawings to ensure accurate installation Set out, position, and level pipework systems and fabricated components onto existing structuresSupervise site teams to ensure installation milestones are achieved on programme Ensure compliance with company procedures, site rules, and statutory requirements Liaise with clients, project engineers, production teams, and installation coordinators to manage delivery, offloading, and installation schedulesAttend site and client meetings as required Monitor installation quality, ensuring all work is completed within required tolerances Produce progress reports for Project Engineers Carry out inspections, snagging, and handover to client representatives Complete and maintain accurate ITPs, test certificates, and mechanical inspection recordsEnsure all equipment and hired plant is maintained and certified in line with company and site procedures Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong health and safety culture Ensure full compliance with RAMS, lift plans, and safe systems of work Work across varied environments including wastewater and industrial sitesMaintain high installation standards at all times Report any safety concerns or non-compliance issues Senior Installation Supervisor Requirements Time-served City&Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline SSSTS certification (essential) CSCS Gold Card Installation-related skill cards (multi-discipline experience preferred) Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical pipe fitting or similar systems Proven supervisory experience within mechanical installation or pipefitting environmentsStrong ability to read and interpret technical installation drawings Experience working in industrial, water, or wastewater environments Ability to lead teams and deliver work safely and efficiently to programme deadlines Willingness to travel and stay away from home regularly (UK, Ireland&Europe) If you are looking for a challenging Senior Installation Supervisor role within a specialist engineering environment and want to be part of a growing organisation, then please click on the apply now button.
