THEROLE
WorkingfromourHertfordshireoffice,thisrolerequiresapositiveandproactiveindividualwhocanworkontheirowninitiativeaswellasbeingpartofateam.Itisafast-pacedenvironmentandrequiresstrongorganisationalskillstokeepup.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillneedexcellentattentiontodetailandahighstandardofcustomercare.
TheBusinessDevelopmentManagerwillberesponsiblefordevelopingnewbusinessopportunitiesthroughouttheLondonRegionandwillbeexpectedtotravelregularlytocustomerlocationsacrossthearea.
Youwillbeworkingwithanenthusiasticteamwhoenjoywhattheydo,workingcloselywithaRegionalKeyAccountManagerandCustomerSuccessteamwhohandleexistingbusinesscustomersandorderfulfilment.
Thefirsttwoweekswillinvolveanintensivetrainingprogrammeandyouwillbeassigneda'buddy'forgeneralquestions.Youwillgettomeeteveryoneinthebusiness,andweaimtoprovideacompleteunderstandingofthecompanybeforeyoubeginyourrole.
