Dealingwithtelephonesalesandsalesinquiriesviaemailyouwillprovidesuitablequotationsandendtoendsalesprocessmanagement.Cross-basketselling,up-sellingandmarginmanagementwillallbeexpectedfromtheon-boardingsalesperson.Duetothenatureofthebusinessastrongknowledgeofbuildingsuppliesandtheirpricingisessentialtobeingsuccessfulintherole.
Thisroleisamixtureofreactiveincomingsalesandproactivetelephonesalesinwhichyouwillbeaskedtospeaktoyourcustomersregularlytobuildstrongworkingrelationships.Additionallyyouwillbeaskedtocalllowspendingaccounts,lapsedaccountsandtargetnewbusinessaccountstoincreaseyoursalesledgerandgeneratemoresalesforthebranch.
