Sanper Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Finance Lead to grow with us.

We’re a multi-disciplinary construction, civils and technical group, delivering work across custodial, commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors. With multiple group companies and ambitious growth plans, we need a strong accountant who can bring clarity, control and confidence to our numbers.

The Role

This is a hands-on accounting role working across the full Sanper Group. You’ll be responsible for management accounts, balance sheet control, cashflow support and helping improve the way finance operates across the business.

You’ll work closely with our Finance Director and Directors, gaining real exposure to commercial decision-making, not just producing reports, but helping shape them.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing monthly management accounts across group companies
• Managing balance sheets, reconciliations and intercompany accounts
• Supporting cashflow forecasting and budgeting
• Assisting with VAT, CIS and year-end processes
• Improving finance systems, controls and reporting

• An experienced accountant (industry or practice background)
• Confident working across multiple entities
• Detail-driven but commercially aware

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,983.44-£64,042.21 per year
