Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking to take ownership of a growing quality function within a manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a proactive quality professional to lead quality assurance activities across operations, suppliers, and customer support, ensuring high standards are maintained while supporting business growth.

What You'll Be Doing as a Quality Manager

* Leading and developing the company's quality management framework to support operational excellence
* Managing audit programmes and ensuring compliance with recognised quality standards
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve consistency, and enhance customer satisfaction
* Investigating quality concerns and overseeing corrective and preventive action programmes
* Acting as the key point of contact for customer quality issues and supplier performance matters
* Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Test teams to improve process capability and product quality
* Monitoring quality performance metrics and identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
* Supporting supplier development activities to strengthen quality throughout the supply chain
* Promoting a proactive quality culture focused on prevention and long-term improvement
* Providing quality-related reporting and recommendations to senior management

What We're Looking For as a Quality Manager

* Previous experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes
* Experience managing customer quality concerns, investigations, and improvement activities
* Ability to analyse performance data and identify opportunities for process improvement
* Strong understanding of root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to influence positive change across multiple departments
* Organised and confident working within a fast-paced operational environment
* A practical, hands-on approach to quality leadership and continuous improvement
