Swimming Pool Engineer, Hereford

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Swimming Pool Engineer to carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of swimming pools and related systems. Duties

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot swimming pool systems, including pumps, filters, heating units and lighting.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation of pool equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults promptly to minimise downtime and maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and provide expert advice on pool system upgrades or modifications.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs and system modifications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all operational procedures.
• Assist in the design and planning of new pool installations or renovations as required.

Experience

• Proven experience in swimming pool engineering, plumbing or related technical fields.
• Knowledge of pool filtration systems, water treatment processes, electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
