A growing and ambitious security company is seeking an experienced and driven Security Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside the Managing Director to help build, grow, and shape the future of the business.
We are looking for someone with strong operational experience within the security industry who can not only manage day-to-day operations but also play a key role in winning new business and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage security operations across multiple sites/contracts
• Work closely with the Managing Director to support business growth strategies
• Assist in securing new contracts and developing business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and operational performance
• Ensure all security personnel meet company and industry standards
• Conduct site visits, audits, and operational reviews
• Support recruitment, training, and staff development
• Ensure compliance with SIA regulations and company policies
• Handle incident management and client escalations professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience within the security industry in an operational or management role
• Strong knowledge of security operations and manned guarding services
• Experience in business development or client relationship management preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Full UK driving licence 
• SIA licence
