We have an exciting opportunity for aRetail Customer Service Assistantto join our team at our petrol filling station and convenience store.
About the Role

As the face of our store, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. You'll support the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring everything operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Processing transactions accurately at the till
• Replenishing stock and maintaining store standards
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company procedures
• Supporting the smooth operation of the forecourt and store

What We're Looking For

• A passion for customer service and helping others
• A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
• Must be aged 18 or over (due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements)
