Senior Commercial Manager - Christchurch/Hybrid - Up to£75,000 We're working with a client looking to appoint an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to support both existing programmes and new business opportunities within a complex and highly regulated environment. This role will play a key part in shaping commercial strategy, managing contractual risk, and supporting programme performance across large-scale defence and government contracts.Key Responsibilities: Lead and support commercial activity across programmes and new business opportunities Manage contractual change, commercial risk, and contract lifecycle activities Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements and bespoke contracts Support programme financial performance, reporting, and customer relationship managementProvide commercial guidance to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience managing large and complex commercial contracts Strong background within defence, aerospace, or government-related environments Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing contractual frameworksStrong financial and commercial awareness, including risk and opportunity management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Desirable: Experience working with MOD or UK defence contracts Degree qualified (or equivalent professional experience) Exposure to continuous improvement and programme governance initiativesThis is an opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced organisation, supporting high-profile programmes and strategic business growth.
