Property Manager, High Wycombe

RyeView Homes is a small, independent estate and letting agency in High Wycombe, known for our professional, friendly approach to property management. Due to continued growth, were looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our landlords and tenants.Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of residential properties Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors Ensuring all properties meet current safety and legal compliance requirements Handling tenancy issues, disputes, and renewalsConducting property inspections and reporting findings Managing rent arrears and ensuring timely payments Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times What Were Looking For Previous experience in property management or lettings is ideal but not essential.
