Preconstruction Manager, Hitchin

We are looking to appoint a Preconstruction Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering major residential and mixed-use schemes across London. This Preconstruction Manager role will see you working closely with senior leadership, taking schemes from early-stage feasibility through to tender submission. The successful Preconstruction Manager will play a key role in driving design, programme and buildability on complex projects.Key responsibilities: Managing the preconstruction process from Stage 24 Coordinating design teams and external consultants Supporting cost planning and value engineering Leading elements of tender submissions and programmes Ensuring buildability and technical compliance Requirements: Experience as a Preconstruction Manager, Design Manager or Technical ManagerBackground delivering residential or mixed-use schemes Strong understanding of preconstruction, design and programme Confident managing consultants and driving design teams This is an excellent opportunity for a Preconstruction Manager or someone stepping up into a Preconstruction Manager role to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of London work.TPBN1_UKTJ
