Programme Officer - London, EC1N 8JSContract: Fixed-term (12 months)Hours: Full-timeLocation: LondonAbout the RoleMTVH are looking for a Programme Officer to support the delivery and reporting of development programmes across the organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate reporting to regulatory bodies including Homes England and the Greater London Authority (GLA), as well as supporting internal teams with programme data, compliance, and funding processes. You will be responsible for managing key reporting systems, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met effectively.Therefore, as part of the Development team, you will provide programme, financial, and administrative support to enable the successful delivery of MTVHs business plan. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, monitor programme performance, manage risks, and support funding applications and reporting to ensure projects progress smoothly.Key responsibilitiesAct as the lead contact for Homes England, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and complianceSupport reporting to the GLA and maintain strong relationships with regulatory stakeholdersManage programme data within systems such as IMS and OPS, ensuring accuracy and completenessMonitor funding programmes, identify risks, and escalate issues where necessarySupport funding bids, grant claims, and reporting processes to ensure timely submissions What you'll need to succeedKnowledge of development processes and housing funding frameworks (Homes England / GLA)Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with systems such as IMS/OPS or similar programme management toolsAbility to manage workload independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlinesInterview date/sTBC London
