Qualifications

• Healthcare Assistants Course (level 2)
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all branch processes.
• Establish relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate.
• Act as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, serving the community and interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis.
