AsaParttimeLettingsNegotiatoryouwillbeconfidentindealingwithpropertiesandclientsacrosstherangeintotheverytopendandbeinvolvedinthewholePropertyLettingprocessfromgenerating/carryingoutviewingstoNegotiatingandoffersthroughtotheirsuccessfulmoveins.
YouwillneedtohavetheabilitytobuildlongtermbusinessrelationshipswithtenantsandLandlords,befocusedanddeterminedinworkingtotargetsandastrongteamplayer.
Salary:28.000paProrata
Responsibilitiesincludebutwillnotbelimitedto:
- CoordinatingpropertyMarketappraisalsandlistings
- Effectivelymarketingpropertiestoattractpotentialapplicants
- Matchingprospectivetenantstosuitablepropertiesandarrangingviewingsaccordingly
- Maintainingregularcontactwithtenants,landlords.
- Dealingwithfinancial/legalmattersrelatingtothelettingprocess
- Guidingapplicantsandlandlordsthroughthelettingprocessfromagreementofthelettingtolegalcompletion
- Contributingtothesmoothrunningofthebranchonadailybasis
TheSuccessfulApplicantwillneedtopossessthefollowingskills
- Candidatesshouldbetarget-drivenandhaveastrongdesiretosucceedwithinasalesenvironment
- Excellentcommunicationskillsandabletoarticulateideasinaconciseway
- Enjoyworkinginateamenvironment
- Adesiretowanttoprogressandchallengeyourselfcontinually
- Experiencewouldbeanadvantagebutnotessential
- Haveastrongdesiretosucceedwithinasalesenvironment
- ObtainafullvalidUKdrivinglicence
