The role requires:

• Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures
• Implementation the EYFS with a good understanding of child development
• Supporting all nursery staff to help us deliver outstanding childcare
• Strong communication with both adults and children
• Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services
• Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrivePositive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery
• Creativity and an inspirational attitude

• Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Paediatric First Aid
