Social Media Marketing Executives - Beauty and Cosmetics

We are a mass-market beauty and cosmetics brand creating affordable, trend-led products. We are looking for Social Media Account Executives to help bring our brand to life across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This role is perfect for those who live and breathe social media, and understand what performs in beauty content, and want hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative brand environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and scheduling engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Supporting day-to-day management of social media accounts
• Filming, editing, and posting short-form video and still content
• Planning and managing influencer gifting and relationships
• Keeping on top of beauty trends, formats, and virality
• Supporting product launches, promotions, and campaigns
• Engaging with followers, comments, and messages in line with brand tone
• Reporting on performance metrics, content engagement, and campaign results

About You

• Previous experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Experience or strong interest in the beauty and cosmetics market preferred
• Confident creating content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Comfortable working with phones, basic editing apps, and social tools
• Creative, organised, and able to work at pace
• A strong understanding of what works in mass-market beauty on social media
