We are seeking a dedicated Male - Senior Support Worker / Team Leader to join our dynamic and person-centred team on a temp-to-perm basis for our client based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership qualities and specialist experience in mental health, forensic support, and recovery-focused care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of:

• Complex mental health needs
• Dual diagnosis
• Forensic risk management
• Conditional discharge within mental health services
• Substance misuse support
• Recovery-focused and trauma-informed approaches

You will play a key role in leading frontline support, promoting positive outcomes, and ensuring individuals receive high-quality, compassionate care that promotes dignity, autonomy, wellbeing, and long-term recovery.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with experience and/or a background in:

• Forensic psychology
• Social care
• Mental health and wellbeing services
• Community or supported living environments

You should be:

• Committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred support

Qualifications & Training

Applicants should hold relevant qualifications, including:

• NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards one
• Mental health nursing credentials (desirable)
• Experience within mental health and forensic settings

All frontline staff complete a comprehensive induction programme, including the Care Certificate, and are fully supported to achieve vocational qualifications where required.
