Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ – 4 PQE)

Location: Brighton / Hove, East Sussex (Hybrid Working)

Property Litigation / Dispute Resolution Solicitor Opportunity

A respected and growing law firm in Brighton / Hove, East Sussex is seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a solicitor with up to 4 years’ PQE to develop their career within a modern, forward‑thinking practice offering high‑quality contentious property work and long‑term progression.

The Role

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will manage a broad and varied caseload of property‑related disputes, including:

• Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Possession claims
• Lease disputes and interpretation issues
• Boundary disputes
• Easements and rights of way
• Breaches of covenant
• General property litigation matters

You will have a good level of autonomy, supported by an experienced team and will be encouraged to build trusted relationships with landlords, property owners, investors and corporate clients.

Business Development & Client Care

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experience in property litigation / property disputes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Confident managing matters independently with supervision
• Commercial, client‑focused and proactive mindset
• Strong organisation and file management skills
• Comfortable using modern case‑management systems
