Residential Conveyancing Secretary Up to £23,000, Huddersfield Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within an expanding business? Experienced within Residential Conveyancing? My client are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary to be based within their award winning team. You will be responsible for a variety of activities including diary management for the department, managing the switchboard, setting up and dealing with completions and chasing contracts. As well as offering a competitive salary of up to £23,000 my client also offers an excellent benefits package and great working environemt. To be a part of this amazing company you will be required to work and have experience with the Residential Conveyancing Department to correspond with various estate agents, manage digital dictation, manage and create relevant documents, handle all emails and post whilst updating the internal case management system. Requirements To apply for this role it is essential that you have experience within Residential conveyancing on some level, be that as a PA, Secretary, Conveyancing Assistant, or Fee Earner.
