Technical Support Advisor Temp to Perm Huddersfield £9.23 p/h Start Date - ASAP You will be responsible for: * Answering support calls from those who require Technical support * Identify the best outcome to resolve each query effectively * Documenting faults * Processing refunds and returns following policies and procedures * Understand customer concerns Shifts: * Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm * 1 in 3 weekends - 2 alternate days off The ideal candidate will have: * Previous experience within a technical support role * The ability to problem solve * Excellent communication skills Do not delay apply today!!!
