My Client are a specialist commercial flooring company which undertake work on schools, hospitals student accommodation and some housing, they are looking for an experienced commercial flooring estimator to join their team. The role of the Flooring Estimator will entail. · Pricing up enquiries from previous clients · Keeping in touch with previous clients · Pricing up tenders · Liaising with clients · Liaising with operational staff and directors · Reading drawings and pricing off them · Occasionally visiting site The ideal Flooring Estimator will: · Must have previous Commercial Flooring Estimating experience · Be commutable to Huddersfield · Have excellent written and verbal communication skills · Be positive and have a can-do attitude · Be competitive. · Be a team player.
