What you will do:

• Carry out comprehensive assessments of individuals and families
• Develop and implement tailored support plans
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and partner agencies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
• Work within relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
• Safeguard and support vulnerable individuals
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration (e.g., Social Work England)
• Experience in assessment teams is desirable
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a complex caseload effectively
