Job Profile for Architectural Technician / Technologist - DW(phone number removed) Our client, a growing Architectural practice close to Hull are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team on a 3 month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work on a variety of projects in a fast passed environment. The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist should have at least 2 years' relevant work experience. Our client requires somebody who knows the role well and will have relevant experience working on either commercial, educational or residential projects. A strong portfolio must be available upon request as our client is seeking someone with excellent technical ability. This is an opportunity to join our busy client who has developed excellent relationships with their existing client base with their excellent design process. A few other responsibilites include; working on a range of projects varying in size & sectors, Participate in meetings with external consultants or clients and working closely within a design team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a busy architectural practice that offers the chance of a permanent position after the 3 month period. Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview Running various projects across the educational, commercial and residential sectors Produce high quality drawings on a mix of AutoCAD & Revit Work on a variety of residential projects Work across all RIBA stages Conduct feasibility studies Liaise with clients & stakeholders Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements Relevant qualification (HND/HNC/Bsc) Live in or around the Hull area 2 years + relevant working experience Hard working & motivated individual Excellent design skills & technical ability Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Remuneration Salary DOE Pension Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
