We are currently seeking an ambitious and professional Customer Purchasing Advisor to join our Best Car Buyer team based in Hull. What will I be responsible for? Joining our Best Car Buyer Team, you will be responsible for developing future sales opportunities by contacting customers who have previously made enquiries with us helping them sell their car to us as easily as possible. You must be able to accurately appraise and assess each car ensuring the customer journey is always one of excellence. The successful processing of the purchase through our company procedures will also be a key requirement of the role. Who are we looking for? When recruiting for a Customer Purchasing Advisor, we look for individuals who have a proven track record in a similar position. You will be able to demonstrate strong negotiation and customer service skills. Additionally, you must be IT literate, be able to effectively prioritise workloads and have a keen eye for detail. Experience of working to stretching targets and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also skills required to be successful in the post.
