Hull
50k-58k plus benefits
Our client is looking to appoint a Bridge Engineer to join their Hull-based team, with opportunities available for candidates at engineer through to senior engineer level. This is a fantastic chance to build a long-term career while contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on local communities.
The role will involve working across a varied portfolio of existing and new bridges, as well as civil and marine structures. Responsibilities will span the full project lifecycle, including scoping works, specifying and interpreting surveys, carrying out inspections and investigations, and developing optioneering and scheme designs. The position will suit someone with hands-on experience in bridge inspection, assessment, and design, with exposure to masonry, concrete, and steel structures.
A good understanding of Local Authority requirements is important, along with the ability to undertake inspections and assessments of a range of structures, including more complex assets such as jetties. Candidates should hold a degree in civil or structural engineering and have a minimum of four years' relevant experience. Strong technical capability, sound judgement, and confident problem-solving skills are key.
This opportunity offers excellent career progression, a supportive team environment, a generous benefits package, and flexible working arrangements.
While preference may be given to locally based candidates, those considering relocation will also be considered.
Send your CV to Graham Ventham at Conrad Consulting, and he will reach out to discuss in more detail.
