An evening meal and light breakfast is included in our price, plus free WIFI.here is also a shared lounge/dining room, where meals can be taken with your hosts. As well as accommodation only, we offer English language tuition for overseas students, ( we are both fully qualified TEFL teachers). We can help with exam preparation, IELTs, Cambridge and ESB etc, as well as general English only. Please contact us for prices. Our home is conveniently situated for easy access to the city centre, with its numerous shops, museums, pubs and restaurants. We are 15-20 walk from the University and the student hotspots of Newland and Princes Avenue where you will find small independent boutiques, gift shops and a lively pub scene, (especially during term time), and a good selection of cafes and restaurants offering international cuisine. For those who would like a quieter stay, Hull offers many parks and is also on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Wolds (captured on canvas by David Hockney). Hull is Yorkshire's only maritime city with easy access to the beautiful Yorkshire coast and the cities of York and Leeds.
