With a strong reputation in both public and private healthcare, they partner with clinicians across multiple specialties, providing innovative imaging solutions used throughout the hospital environment. Due to continuedgrowth, they are now looking to expand the team. THE ROLE This is a consultative clinical sales role focused on a specialist portfolio of imaging equipment and related technologies used across numerous hospital departments. You will work closely with clinicians, nurses, radiographers, procurement teams, and hospital stakeholders to support product adoption, training, and ongoing customer relationships. The role will suit either: an experienced medical device sales professional looking to manage a high-value clinical portfolio, or a clinically trained professional (nurse, radiographer, clinical specialist) who wants to move into a commercial medical devices role. Key responsibilities include: Building strong relationships with hospital stakeholders across multiple departments Demonstrating and supporting imaging equipment in clinical environments Providing product education, training, and ongoing application support Managing existing hospital accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth Supporting evaluations, product rollouts, and clinical adoption Working closely with internal sales and marketing teams on launches and campaigns Representing the company at clinical meetings, exhibitions, and hospital events across Ireland THE PERSON We would particularly like to speak with: Medical device sales professionals with hospital experience Clinical Support Specialists or Applications Specialists looking to move into a commercial role Nurses, radiographers, or other clinically trained professionals with strong product knowledge and an interest in medical sales Candidates who are confident communicating with consultants, clinicians, and procurement teams Individuals with strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach Full clean driving licence PACKAGE For candidates with medical sales experience: €60,000 - €65,000 Base Salary For clinically trained candidates moving into sales: €45,000 - €50,000 Base Salary Plus: €20,000 Bonus / OTE Company Car Pension Lunch Allowance Mobile&Laptop Life Assurance&Income Protection 23 Days Annual Leave This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and highly regarded medical technology company offering strong earning potential, full clinical training, and genuine long-term career progression within the Irish medtech sector.
