School Cleaner, Inverurie

Atlas FM is recruiting a Cleaner at our client’s premises in Inverurie, AB51 4FN. The role runs Monday‑Friday 18:00‑21:00 with an hourly rate of £12.71. We seek someone who wants to make a difference in their working environment and feels proud of the work they do.

• Dedicate your time on site to go the extra mile and seamlessly meet the needs of Atlas’ clients.
• Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week to deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials, and replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (we can fully train from scratch). A passion for the role is a plus.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK; bring evidence for the interview.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Two satisfactory references.
