Cisco Network Engineer, Ipswich

Bristow Holland have an excellent opportunity for a Network Engineer to join an established and growing business based in Ipswich. The role of the Network Engineer is to be responsible for the overall deployment and network configuration for the business. In this position you will be deploying and managing networks including switches, routers and firewalls. Obtaining and backing up configurations of key network components. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and operation of resilient LAN and WAN networks. Part of the role you will support the networking side of development projects and providing Incident resolution support for the business. Your technical background and knowledge should align as closely as possible with the following: * Certified to at least CCNA level or previously held CCNA certification * Experience of routing, switching, security, firewalls and load balancing and managing data centre-hosted infrastructure. * Previous working experience from leading networking vendors e.g. Juniper, Cisco, f5 and Dell * Able to engage and communicate with staff at all levels within the company, partners, suppliers and customers. Salary is up to £45,000 Per Annum depending on experience with an excellent benefits package and all the right tools to succeed in your new role
