Ipswich £18.00 to £36.00 per hour Full time or Part time Weekly Pay UK Care and Nursing are currently recruiting for experienced Registered Nurses throughout Ipswich and surrounding areas to expand our growing team. We have exciting positions in various care homes throughout the region and have flexibility around day and night shifts, whichever suit you best. Your role will include but not be restricted to; Providing support to residents with their medication and nursing needs whilst being responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver person centred care. Benefits · Flexible working hours · Competitive rates of pay · 28 days holiday per year · Pay enhancement Friday-Sunday and bank holidays · Free training and uniform · Weekly pay Job Role Our Nurse?s will: - Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with: * Supervision of other staff members * Medication Administration * Wound care * Assessment and planning of nursing care * Carrying out and documentation of resident?s observations * Updating daily records * Organising workloads * Responsibility of shift handovers * Liaising with outside healthcare professionals Education, Skills and Qualifications Full training will be offered to successful candidates however, 12 months experience working within a nursing role is required. Skills required are: - · Active and unrestricted pin · Ability to carry out Care Plans · Good verbal and written skills · Good observational skills · The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships Desirable knowledge in: - · Health and safety · Manual handling · Fire safety · Vulnerable adult protection procedures · Anti-discriminatory practices · Understanding of working within a multicultural environment Flexible shifts available: Day?s, Nights and Weekend shifts. Salary ranges from £18.00 - £36.00 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications. Part-time hours: 12-48 per week
