£24,000 Basic | £45,000 – £55,000 Uncapped OTE

Permanent / Full Time

Working Hours:

• 5½ days per week
• Monday to Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm with a regular weekday off
• Alternate Sundays: 11:00am – 4:00pm

We’re currently recruiting for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in the Ipswich area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional — either from the motor trade or another target-driven industry — to join a high-performing team with strong earning potential and uncapped commission.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising sales opportunities.

• Selling both new and used vehicles
• Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to handover
• Building strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Handling enquiries from walk-ins, telephone and online leads
• Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience within a sales environment
• Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with a motivated and professional attitude
• Excellent negotiation and customer service ability
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
