Support Worker, Windermere

• Work on the day or waking night team, 8:00–20:00 or 20:00–08:00 shifts
• Follow care plans and provide person-centered support
• Support individuals to live as independently as possible and participate in activities
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care

• Permanent roles: £12.41 - £14.50 per hour; 42 hrs per week, alternating weekends; work 2:1 packages; sleep-ins included in some packages
• Temporary roles: flexibility; from £14.10-£16 per hour
• Additional: Full UK Driving Licence preferred due to mobility needs of service users

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker in the UK (life experience considered for permanent positions)
• Current DBS on the online update service would be advantageous
• Up-to-date mandatory training would be beneficial
