Team Leader Childrens Residential Care Location: Willow Bank, Kendal Salary:£33,149 £36,363 (39 hours per week) Plus: Sleep in payments of £68.25 per night (approx. £3,276 per year based on 1 per week over 48 weeks) Make a meaningful difference to childrens lives by joining adedicated residential care team.Our client are a 52 week specialist therapeutic centre with on?site education, supporting children aged 612 who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. Their approach is rooted in therapeutic care, stability and a nurturing family ethos. They are now recruiting a Team Leader for a 5 bed childrens home in Kendal.What Were Looking For: Applicants must have relevant experience and hold NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), plus: Strong understanding of therapeutic care Experience planning activities for children and adults Excellent communication skills Confident administrative and organisational abilitiesExperience leading supervisions Ability to plan for groups and longer?term activities Commitment to ongoing learning and development Full UK driving licence This is a 39 hour a week role , working on a rota including evenings and weekends. Sleep ins are available.
