Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Duties

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing.
• Manage and optimise website content using WordPress and analyse performance metrics via Google Analytics to improve user engagement and search engine rankings.
• Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to enhance organic search visibility.
• Create compelling copy for websites, blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance through analysis skills and prepare detailed reports for management using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Manage B2B marketing initiatives by developing targeted strategies to attract corporate clients.
• Lead project management efforts for multiple campaigns ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content that supports marketing campaigns.
• Maintain organised records of all digital activities, budgets, and schedules to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing or related field with a strong understanding of management principles.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Ads optimisation, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing tools.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a flair for engaging content creation tailored for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrable experience in social media management across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies with the ability to develop targeted campaigns for corporate clients.
• Effective communication skills in English with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Leadership qualities with experience in managing teams or projects within a marketing environment.
• IT literacy with familiarity in project management tools and software applications relevant to digital marketing. Pay: £24,420.00-£41,632.59 per year
