Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry, Knightsbridge

As a pastry Demi Chef de partie you will join the iconic Knightsbridge store’s award‑winning pastry team. You’ll be at the heart of the action, preparing patisserie and baked goods, organising ingredients, keeping the kitchen clean and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

This role is fully on‑site, working five out of the seven days each week.

• Prepare a variety of patisserie and baked goods.
• Organise and rotate stock, maintain labelling and comply with deadlines.
• Ensure food‑safety standards, hygiene and sanitation across the kitchen.
• Supervise and coach commis chefs on the station.
• Keep the kitchen tidy and maintain operational efficiency.

• Solid knowledge and passion for food and drink.
• Previous experience in a professional pastry kitchen, preferably in a 5* hotel, artisan bakery or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Strong time‑management and organisation skills.
• Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail reflected in paperwork, department organisation and stock levels.
