Diary Co-ordinator, Kettering

As part of operational growth, our client based in Kettering has a number of temporary roles available for a period of 6-10 weeks for Diary Coordinators within their Kettering Operations centre.    The Role    Your main focus as the Diary Co-ordinator will be making outbound calls to customer to organise appointments which need to be booked to best advantage and time-scale for the engineers. You will work as part of a large regional group, coordinating your own area, but also supporting colleagues across the national team. You will deliver appointments to client SLAs and adhere to compliance rules and company policies. We are only looking for people who have a passion for customer service, are well organised and enjoy a challenging, fast paced environment. The Candidate · Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues in the field. · Previous customer service and administrative experience ideally gained within a Call Centre environment. · Logical thinking, and an aptitude for problem solving · Strong prioritisation skills focused on meeting targets · Ability to be part of a team, working in collaboration with your colleagues · A good working knowledge of diary management systems · Strong literacy and numeracy skills · Flexibility with regards working hours · IT literate Due to working within a financial services environment all successful candidates will need to go through a credit check before commencing the position.  If you can commit to a short term temporary contract please contact me Angela Bailey or email your up to date cv to
