Quantity Surveyor, NN15

We have a permanent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well- established Civil / Groundworks Contractor who specialise in Earthmoving, Ground Engineering, Soil Stabilisation, Recycling, and Landfill. They work nationwide on a variety of civil projects and have an excellent reputation throughout the country. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a busy team. You will be primarily based at their head office in Northamptonshire but you must be prepared to travel around the UK to their various projects. All travel and accommodation costs will be covered. Key responsibilities: * Must have extensive Civil Sub contractor experience * Knowledge of groundworks packages * Knowledge of muck shift packages. * Knowledge of stabalisation schemes is advantageous * Preparing quotes * Liaising with the client * Agreeing areas and work scope * Strong communication skills * 3 years plus similar roles. * Recognised, relevant qualification * Within commutable distance of Kettering.
