Production Operative / Factory Operative, NN8

Title: Production Operative / Factory Labourer / Groundworker Location: Wellingborough Hours: 8:00am to 4:45pm - Mon to Fri Role - Working on the production line carrying out work as detailed by the Manager and in accordance with all Company Directives and all appropriate work procedures. To carryout manual work stripping and filling concrete moulds with various machines on site. * Production of pre-cast concrete products. * Working within a fast-paced environment and working within a fun hardworking team. * You will be working within a factory environment, can be noisy, hot, dirty, cold and tiring. * Overtime available, earn up to £140 for a Saturday mornings work. * Maintain a clean workspace and follow instructions given by your manager. * Wear extensive PPE (hard hat, goggles, protective apron, safety boots, overalls, ear wear, gloves etc). * Operating machines on the production line - full intensive training provided. * Report problems in usual work area to an immediate manager. * Understand the necessity of following, and ensures compliance with, the directives in the Company Handbook. * Ensure that Personal Protective Equipment provided by the company is worn at all times.
